Three Sigma LLC was founded in 2022 in Knoxville, TN by Caitlin Jenkins. Both her desire and motivation to work with people and help to improve processes and outcomes, is the motivation behind Three Sigma.

Caitlin holds a bachelors degree in Kinesiology and a Master’s degree in Human Kinetics with a specialization in Sport Management. With strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a passion and empathy for others, Caitlin is excited to partner with you to reach your project management goals!
